```Duties```
As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for assisting architects and designers in the creation and implementation of architectural projects. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with architects and designers to develop project plans and specifications
- Creating detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Assisting with the preparation of construction documents, including blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Reviewing and revising designs based on client feedback and project requirements
- Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conducting research on building materials, codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Assisting with project management tasks, such as budgeting and scheduling

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
- Leadership abilities to coordinate with team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software applications for documentation, communication, and organization
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation to accurately translate design concepts into technical drawings
- Experience using NavisWorks or similar software for 3D modeling and coordination of building systems
- Knowledge of schematics to assist in the visualization of design concepts
- Ability to draft architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and presentation purposes
- Ability to fabricate physical models or prototypes as needed for design development
