Position Overview:

As an Area Supervisor at Admiral Investigations Atlantic Inc. (Admiral), you will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations and maintaining effective communication between our security personnel and the office. Your responsibilities will include supervising security guards, facilitating training sessions, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

· Effectively manage and supervise security personnel in the field

· Serve as the primary point of contact between field staff and the office

· Motivate and inspire a high level of performance among security guards

Operational Support:

· Assist in filling shift vacancies and managing scheduling logistics

· Coordinate the distribution of uniforms to new hires and ensure uniform compliance

· Collaborate with the operations team to enhance overall service delivery

Training and Development:

· Conduct training sessions for new and existing security guards

· Ensure that all security personnel are up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols

Communication:

· Maintain clear and open communication channels with both field staff and office personnel

· Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by security guards promptly

Qualifications:

· Eligible to work in Canada

· Flexibility in schedule to meet operational demands

· Valid security guard license (asset)

· Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

En tant que Superviseur DE SECTEUR chez Admiral Investigations Atlantic Inc. (Admiral), vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la supervision des opérations sur le terrain et le maintien d'une communication efficace entre notre personnel de sécurité et le bureau. Vos responsabilités incluront la supervision des agents de sécurité, la facilitation des sessions de formation, la coordination des horaires de travail et la garantie de l'exécution sans faille de nos services de sécurité.

Responsabilités clés :

Supervision et Leadership :

· Gérer efficacement le personnel de sécurité sur le terrain

· Servir de principal point de contact entre le personnel sur le terrain et le bureau

· Motiver et inspirer un niveau élevé de performance parmi les agents de sécurité

Soutien opérationnel :

· Aider à pourvoir les postes vacants et gérer la logistique des horaires

· Coordonner la distribution des uniformes aux nouveaux employés et veiller à la conformité des uniformes

· Collaborer avec l'équipe des opérations pour améliorer la prestation globale des services

Formation et Développement :

· Animer des sessions de formation pour les nouveaux agents de sécurité et les employés existants

· Veiller à ce que tout le personnel de sécurité soit à jour sur les dernières procédures et protocoles

Communication :

· Maintenir des canaux de communication clairs et ouverts avec le personnel sur le terrain et le personnel du bureau

· Traiter et résoudre rapidement tout problème ou préoccupation soulevé par les agents de sécurité

Qualifications :

· Éligible pour travailler au Canada

· Flexibilité d'horaire pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles

· Licence de gardien de sécurité valide (atout)

· Bilinguisme (anglais/français) un atout

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
