Asphalt Raker

*** Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Raker to join our team. As an Asphalt Raker, you will be responsible for building and paving asphalt surfaces using heavy equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

*** Duties:

- Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers to build and pave asphalt surfaces
- Follow project specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Prepare the worksite by cleaning and clearing debris
- Measure and mark areas for asphalt placement
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

*** Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Raker or similar role
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment used in asphalt construction
- Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, mixtures, and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
