Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in harvesting produce, transplanting seedlings, greenhouse work (e.g. seeding,potting up seedlings, filling trays with potting mix) and weeding crops
- Prune and train greenhouse crops
- Setup irrigation equipment
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities (as needed):
- Assist in washing, sorting, grading, packaging and labeling produce;
- Collect eggs from hens
Work Conditions and Requirements
- Work accurately and efficiently while focusing on quality and attention-to-detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment as a team as well as independently
- Ability to work efficiently doing outdoor physical labor on repetitive tasks in hot, dusty, damp, wet conditions; lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Combination of standing/walking and sitting, bending, crouching, kneeling for extended periods
