Clek has multiple openings in the role of Assembly Operator. We’re looking for operators who are excited and positive about expanding their knowledge and skills to grow within the assembly team. POSITION SUMMARY

The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling quality baby car seats and understanding industry standards and regulations to operate the machinery safely and efficiently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

90%

• Work as part of a team on an assembly line with responsibility for assembling an entire product.
• Assemble components by fastening parts and subassemblies using hand/power tools.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area

10%

• Complete relevant documentation. Keep records of defective units or final products.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Shift Lead/Supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with hand tools.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Assembly Experience.
• Quality Inspection Experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Assembly line (indoors)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constant standing, up to 10 hours at a time.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Continual use of hands.
• Continual use of hand/power tools.
