  • Assist the Asset Management group with data collection, review, analysis, verification and entry into the asset database.
  • Help with valuations of stations, buildings and park and ride facilities. 
  • Perform site visits to ascertain asset type and location as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed. 
  • Help with the creation of dashboards and/or reports. 
  • Simplify program/project management templates and create dashboard for tracking audit initiatives. 
 
 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a Engineer, Technology, Business Management or related diploma or degree program. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of Power BI, ArcGIS and Hexagon EAM experience would be considered an asset. 
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent) with no more than six demerits.
  • Ability to obtain a City of Calgary operator's permit.
 
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
 
Pre-employment Drug Test:An offer of employment for this position will be conditional on an applicant passing a pre-employment drug test. This test assesses for use of drugs including cannabis. Failure to pass a pre-employment drug test may prevent an applicant from being hired into any safety sensitive position for a period of up to twelve months.

work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
