Your Mission:
As our Assistant Controller, you'll work closely with the Director of Finance to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, job costing, budgeting, and strategic planning. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Departmental Oversight: Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
