We're actively seeking a dedicated individual to exemplify the vision and strategy for our Accounting and Finance Team in the role of full-time Assistant Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance, the ideal candidate will collaborate within a team, focusing on daily accounting responsibilities while also preparing consolidated financial statements and conducting associated analyses.

This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions but is not limited to:

· Prepare month-end and year-end consolidated financial statements.

· Assist in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.

· Monthly variance analysis.

· Lead, coach, and mentor the accounting team responsible for A/R and A/P.

· Perform month-end and year-end procedures.

· Assist in the annual audit process.

· Oversee the internal control review and policies in conjunction with recommendations from the internal auditor.

· Provide ad-hoc analysis to support projects and business decisions as required.

The successful candidate would ideally possess the following qualifications and experiences:

· A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent business background.

· 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in a senior accounting position with comparable responsibilities.

· Experience in leading and supporting a team would be considered advantageous.

· Proficiency in US GAAP and familiarity with SOX Compliance would be seen as valuable assets.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational abilities coupled with acute attention to detail.

· A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.

· Proven capability to manage multiple tasks within a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
