Are you energetic, fun, and able to be silly in front of a crowd? Do you LOVE working with kids? Then we want you on our team! Little Kickers is a pre-school soccer company that runs classes for children between 18 months-7 years.
Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere. Actors, soccer players, teachers or those enrolled in an Education or ECE program would be the perfect fit for Little Kickers. Coaches are trained on our program and safety Protocols.

Assistant Head Coach would be in charge of Chatham location. Would be the main go coach to for parents and customers. Would be required to coach and run classes weekly as well as report to Head Coach.

Responsibilities:

- Minimum 2 years working with children between the ages of 18 months to 7 yeas old.

- Minimum 1 year in a management/supervisory role or being a Head Coach.

- Must be able to work weekends.

- Reliable and able to commit to working every weekend with limited vacation requests.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality and who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers.

- Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.

- High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 3+ hours.

- Will be required to travel to Tecumseh, ON for a full day Training.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Every Weekend
• Morning shift
• Weekends only
