Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they meet performance goals and provide exceptional service
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in recruiting, training development, and team management is preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will enable effective communication with diverse customers and staff members
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is desirable
- Familiarity with market trends and sales management techniques is beneficial
