What you will do in this role:
- Train and coach the team below you to provide top-tier service
- Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
- Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
- Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
- Reconcile cash deposits
- Place orders and perform inventory counts
- Address guest concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot environment
- Bonus points for previous cash handling experience
