Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store, training in operational srandards and audit evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Train and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service and sales performance
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Maintain health and safety standards and protocols
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
-Maintain labour, sales profitabilty and guest satisfaction.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Experience in retail sales and a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
44 plus hrs per weeek / all shifts with weekend availability
Must have at least 1 year in a managerial role
Must have Tim Horton experience

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
