Responsibilities:
-Renting apartments, documentation and Residential Tenancy act knowledge is plus.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of computerized office systems and software.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus.
