Assistant Manager

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
