Job Duties:
As Assistant Manager at Grocery Checkout, you will be in charge of market operations and lead a team 10-15 staff, primarily students. Tasks will include:
- Delegating tasks and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Opening or closing the market
- Working with market suppliers
- Management of store inventory including purchasing and receiving.
- Ordering and Receiving
- Customer Service
- Completing reports
- Following and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Competitive wages based on experience
Qualifications:
- Supervision/management experience preferred. Grocery or restaurant experience an asset.
- Ability to manage people.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize efficiently, make operational decisions and motivate a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
