ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Assistant Manager of Employer Brand, you will partner with key collaborators to activate Sephora Canada’s Employer Brand strategies to drive talent attraction and employee ambassadorship and position us as an employer of choice! The role focuses on maintaining our presence on various employment and candidate sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective talent to us, and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media and other channels. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Employer Brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Employer Brand Media Channel Management, Content and Creative:
-Strategically build creative content calendars from inception to execution for Sephora Canada Life channels: SEPHORA on LinkedIn and SephoraCanadaLife on Instagram.
-Actively source employee-generated content through various channels to enrich our social media calendar. This entails developing scripts and directions for employees to facilitate self-capturing, while also providing support to our Social Media Coordinators when necessary.
-Take charge of social media content development, encompassing the entire process from capturing to editing videos, photography, graphic design, and copywriting.
-Continuously develop and update content for Sephora’s Employer Brand channels, ensuring relevance, engagement, and alignment with brand values and objectives.
-Partner with internal and external teams to deliver on-brand content, including crafting creative briefs for specific recruitment marketing campaigns.
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns:
-Challenge conventional methods and explore new and existing channels to effectively drive Employer Brand engagement with a diverse pool of new talent.
-Lead the development of impactful Recruitment Marketing campaigns across various media platforms, collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract top-tier candidates.
Reporting:
-Report on and analyze Employer Brand KPIs to determine the effectiveness of internal/external Employer Branding initiatives.
-Maintain reporting dashboards and deliver monthly and quarterly Employer Brand reports.
Employee Engagement & Advocacy:
-Support the Sephora Employee Ambassador Program, including newsletter development, communications, requests for content, and content generation.
-Attend market and store visits and other key organizational events to inspire, engage employees, and capture content.
Employer Awards:
-Provide robust support for our employer awards strategy by partnering with key internal collaborators on writing and capturing the information needed for submissions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
-3+ years of Employer Brand and/or Recruitment Marketing Experience or 3+ years of Integrated Marketing Experience
-Demonstrate strong consulting abilities, adept at building relationships and collaborating effectively with various collaborators.
-Exhibit a high level of organization and a passion for work back schedules, project management, and timely delivery.
-Ability to thrive in an agile environment, working quickly and efficiently. This includes the capacity to react promptly to trends or unexpected news.
-Bring hands-on experience in building and leading social media content calendars.
-Showcase strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to write using a specific brand voice and tailor content for various social media channels.
-Ability to translate data into actionable insights, making recommendations to improve overall social media performance and develop execution plans.
-Maintain a keen awareness of Employer Brand, Social Media, and Recruitment Marketing best practices and trends.
-French language skills are advantageous, as all content is produced in both English and French.
-Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Sprinklr, project management tools such as Smartsheet, and design/video editing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.
