Dollar Tree Canada is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager (Operations) with flexible weekday, evening & weekend availability to work in our stores located at 9831 - 98A Avenue, Fort St. John, BC.

What you will do as a Full-Time Assistant Manager (Operations):

• Deliver great customer service
• Manage the front-end store operations including customer service and the check-out process
• Ensure cash areas are well merchandised and free of clutter
• Recruit, train and develop a team of experts focused on customer service
• Foster a culture of safety while meeting productivity targets
• Assist in all areas of the store as needed

Your qualifications include:

• Friendly and helpful team player
• Safety focused mindset
• Great communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighting up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school
• Retail management experience preferred
• Flexible work availability
