We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with prompt and friendly service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
