SalaryAssistant Supervisor
Duties:
- Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales transactions
- Supervise and train retail staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with pricing and merchandising
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the supervisor to develop strategies to meet sales targets
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Experience in recruiting and training new employees is a plus
