Applications are invited for a team leader with proven leadership expertise and the required skills to support an effective team approach with staff, students, parents and the community. This position will commence at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
This position assignment will include special needs programming and elementary teaching duties, therefore candidates with elementary training and/or experience and a background in Special Education are encouraged to apply.
School administrative experience and/or graduate study in educational administration are definite assets for success in this role.
Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
Provide an acceptable current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Provide an acceptable current Children's Services Intervention Record Check

This position falls under the Collective Agreement between the Alberta Teachers' Association and the Peace River School Division.
Annual Salary Range:
$ 62, 702 to $ 105, 996 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers’ Association and the Peace River School Division), plus 25% of the basic Principal's allowance as outlined in Article 4 of the collective agreement.
