Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities in this role :

- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales department

-Desking deals
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team

-Evaluate trade ins

-determine selling prices for used cars based on markets
- Train new sales associates on company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Assist in creating and implementing sales promotions and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive management or sales is mandatory
- Strong ability to sell products and services effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable deals with suppliers or vendors

Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
