We are currently hiring a part-time Assistant Showing Agent to help show apartments to prospective tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist tenant prospects in viewing rental units
- Communicate with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct tours of various apartments and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout renting process
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Explain the rental applications, including background checks and credit screenings
- Ensure tenants have all the necessary information to apply for the apartment
Qualifications:
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management abilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle and G2 or G license
- Must have a cell phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail
