Location: Vaughan, Ontario

• Full time permanent position
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• $18 to $22 per hour for a 42.5 hour week

We are currently hiring an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Vaughan warehouse facility.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare product for shipment, receiving, building pallets and wrapping
• Able to use Google Maps or Bing Maps for routing
• Match incoming and outgoing product with shipping/receiving documents
• Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
• Manage inventory of shipped and received products
• Operate equipment as necessary, in a safe manner to move product
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Lifting cases of product and/or stock merchandise
• Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries
• Report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments, deliveries and products
• Supervise staff as necessary, ensuring adherence to rules and policies of the company
• Utilize our computerized inventory control system
• The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to “get the job done”, a full G license and a great winning attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
