Voici votre contribution :

  • Préparer et examiner les documents au besoin, y compris la recherche de titres; appliquer systématiquement les lignes directrices en matière de souscription, s’il y a lieu, à tous les dossiers.
  • Remplir toutes les demandes d’assurance, conformément aux exigences énoncées dans les procédures individuelles des prêteurs, dans le cadre des accords sur les niveaux de service documentés.
  • Répondre à toutes les communications, conformément à nos normes de pratiques exemplaires, en appliquant les Qualités STAR.
  • Établir des partenariats internes et externes afin d’améliorer l’expérience globale de service à la clientèle.
  • Effectuer quotidiennement le contrôle de la qualité conformément aux lignes directrices de l’audit.
  • Assumer la responsabilité du traitement des appels entrants ou sortants des clients.
  • Participer à la production des rapports, au classement et à la saisie des données, au besoin.
  • Expérience dans le domaine financier ou juridique, un atout.

Vos compétences :

  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et accent sur l’établissement de relations.
  • Grand souci du détail et capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes dans un milieu de travail occupé.
  • Capacité à faire preuve de jugement pour protéger les renseignements confidentiels.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes.
  • Connaissance pratique des outils d’automatisation pour les médias sociaux.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Connaissances avancées de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Prepare/review documents as required, including search of title; consistently applying -Underwriting Guidelines, as applicable, to all files.
  • Complete all Requests for Insurance, as mandated and as required in individual lender Procedures, within documented Service Level Agreements
  • Respond to all communications, in accordance with our best practice standards, applying STAR Qualities.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
  • Complete daily Quality Control as per audit guidelines.
  • Responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
  • Assist with reports, filing and data entry as required.

  • Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is considered an asset.
  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of Social media automation tools
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel)
