Kind Dental is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practices across Ontario and Canada.
Our diverse dental clinics will allow you to practice the full scope of General Dentistry. From common restorative work, root canals, third molar extraction to advanced Orthodontics, we provide the full spectrum of treatment to the communities we serve.
Education & Skill Enhancements:
Our practice also provides unique opportunities for mentorship and education from senior/more experienced Clinicians. The Clinical director are focused on teaching new providers on improving technical skills. Enhanced skills training is a focus in our practices.
If you interested in learning and improving your clinical skills in advanced Orthodontics, Endodontics and Oral Surgery, our senior clinical team will be more than happy to integrate you into the practice. The senior staff are comfortable teaching dentists at all skill levels.
We have several opportunities that are ideal for new graduates with 0 - 5 years of dental experience. We also have limited positions for more experienced Dentists in our West Coast practices.

We have offices located in Northern Ontario and on the West Coast of Canada.
Our locations provide ample of opportunities to develop your dental skills while experiencing unique communities and cultures.
We have several different opportunities in Ontario and West Coast Provinces:
1. Northern Ontario Annual Earnings:
The ranges will differ depending on skill level, time commitment and location of practice.
- New graduates on average are expected to bill between $200,000 – 350,000+ with a full-time schedule.
- Mid-level/career Clinicians will likely bill between $300,000 - $550,000.
- More advanced clinicians will likely bill $600,000+.
2. Barrie OntarioAnnual Earnings:
- This will be negotiated on a case by case basis
- Live closer to GTA, gain valuable experience as a new graduate
- Ideal for Candidates in Years 0-3 of their clinical practice
3. West Coast Provinces (Saskatchewan, Alberta etc) Annual Earnings:
- Appropriate for more experienced / senior dentists (7+ years)
- Annual billings $650,000+ for full time
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Successful completion of accredited DDS/DMD programs or the NDEB Equivalency Exam
- 1+ year of General Dentistry experience preferred but we welcome new graduates to join our practices
Licence/Certification:
- RCDSO
- Other provincial regulatory bodies (based on chosen location)
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: $300,000 - $500,000+ per year (range depends on skill level and commitment)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) for providers who are motivated for additional hours.
Work Location: Northern Ontario, West Coast Provinces (Saskatchewan, Alberta etc)
