Associate Dentist Required

We are a family owned practise and we are looking for an associate to join our team.

We are a non-Corp family practice for over 31 years at the same location in a personally owned building

*focused on high quality dental care

*situated in North Nanaimo, BC, close to Costco and Woodgrove Mall

We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist 3 to 5 days a week, seeing patients usually from 8:30am to 5:00pm, No evenings or weekends. This position is a contractor-based associateship there would be an opportunity long term to purchase the practice if desired.

We offer quality-driven dental care and are very dedicated to our amazing patient base. This position offers 45% of collection of dental fees.

Our large beautiful office offers 6 completely private operatories with high-end, newer dental equipment, Sirona brand.

Dr. Protzer is open to providing mentorship to newer grads, if wanted or needed.

We practise all aspects of general dentistry, including: fillings, fixed prostho, removable prostho, endo, extractions, implant placement and restoration, development of treatment plans for individual patient-based needs, collaboration with our dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and notes using ClearDent, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and close and clear communication with the front desk.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional and friendly patient care.
