We are hiring an Associate, I.T. & Facilitiesto join our Toronto Campus!

What You Will Do

• Carry out routine facility inspection and maintenance work.
• Carry out routine IT inspection and maintenance work.
• Provide IT support to staff and faculty.
• Report to and carry out tasks assigned by the manager.
• Search and manage third-party’s contractors for various IT and Facility-related works.

What You Will Bring

• College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Handyman experience is an asset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to take on responsibility, to work well as a team member, and to work independently.
• Good knowledge of networking and common office productivity software.
• Valid driver's license is required.
