Job Description


About the Team: As the Associate Online Personal Stylist, your reporting line is to the Personal Shopping Associate Manager. This role involves supporting the Personal Shopping team to ensure a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience. The ideal candidate will efficiently address high-value customer requests, cultivate strong relationships with the Online Personal Stylist’s client base, and source product information for both the Personal Shopping and Customer Care teams.

  • Support Online Personal Stylists in preparing product decks, flyers and catalogs for exclusive capsules that Online Personal Stylists can use as support for pre-selling
  • Organize and follow up with items on hold and special orders, assist stylists with moving reserved inventory


How To Excel In This Role:

  • Foster strong connections with the Personal Shopping team's client base, serving as the go-to contact when Personal Stylists are away.
  • Dive deep into the world of trends, brands, and product catalogs, becoming a valuable resource for the Customer Care team to tackle customer queries about products.
  • Be the go to in training and supporting new Personal Shopping team members, guiding them through Customer Care processes, Zendesk, and Chat.
  • Team up with the Associate Specialist to create engaging product decks, flyers, and catalogs for exclusive capsules. These resources will be innovative for Online Personal Stylists in their pre-selling endeavors.
  • Take charge of organizing and keeping tabs on items on hold and special orders and lend a hand to stylists in shuffling around reserved inventory.

Qualifications


What Sets You apart:

  • Prior experience in roles such as Sales Associate or Customer Service.
  • Additional background in Styling would be a valuable asset.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in utilizing web and computer applications, including a solid understanding of the Google suite, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
