We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers a competitive salary, attractive commission structure, and performance-based bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding excellence and fostering career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new business opportunities to grow our client base
- Screen & Qualify inbound resumes and leads
- Actively headhunt new candidates based on requirements for job posting
- Conduct phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews and schedule and conduct onsite and remote interviews.
- Communicate with different employers, identify accurate job information, and post job ads on various channels; attend the job fair and plan recruitment event
- Create and implement initiatives to improve the recruitment process.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and materials.
- Conducting telephone meetings with clients and candidates
- A university degree or college diploma in a field related to management such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce, or human resources is preferred
- Experience working at any talent sourcing agency is a major bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems;
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Extremely well-organized and diligent
