Athletic Recruiting Coordinator

As an Athletic Recruiting Coordinator with Elite Sports & Education your primary role will be to identify as many quality prospects as possible, make appointments to interview them in their homes or virtually, and enroll them into one of our programs best suited for them.

As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be required to do the following:

• Evaluate athletic talent.
• Understand the Athletic Recruiting process and NCAA, NAIA, and USports guidelines
• Explain the details of Athletic Recruiting and academic requirements
• Facilitate Recruiting seminars
• Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends you will need to be available when student-athletes and families are available.
• Attend high school/rep games & practices
• Develop a network of coaches in your community

This position is a contracted and commission-based position, there is no limit to the amount that you can earn. It can be done on either a part time or full time basis reporting to your Area Director.

Salary: $1,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
