- Greets customers, listens to concerns or symptoms about car operation and ask questions to help resolve
- Maintains timely communication with customer regarding vehicle status
- Identifies and researches vehicles, maintenance history, recalls and updates and prepares service order requests
- Prepares written work orders
- Liaison between customer and the technician, parts and manufacturers
- Upon repair completion, reviews and enters mechanics labor time, road tests vehicle, closes work order, notifies customers of completion
- Contacts customers and schedules preventative maintenance or inspections on vehicles
- Tracks all open repair orders and knows the status of each
Shifts are Monday to Friday 7am-4pm, rotation of 1 day a week until 6pm
