About the Job:

We are seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing presales support to our clients by understanding their requirements, developing technical solutions, and presenting proposals that effectively demonstrate the value of our services. Additionally, you will be leveraged by post-sales team for project engineering and ongoing support and consultation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Design technical solutions that meet client needs and align with company capabilities.
• Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing estimates, and project timelines.
• Present proposals to clients clearly and compellingly, addressing technical questions or concerns.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams during sales.
• Provide project engineering support to the post-sales team, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
• Perform site investigations and field reviews.
• Review and/or coordinate communications, security, Audio Visual and other specialized electrical systems.
• Offer clients ongoing project support and consultation, addressing any technical challenges or issues.

• Work Activities will be a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience of AV experience in a presales support capacity
• Basic AV equipment and systems knowledge, including displays, projectors, audio systems, and control interfaces.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in AV systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CTS/CTS-I Certification is considered an asset.
