Top hearing aid clinicians can make over 400k a year in profit sharing bonus. We have raised 5mm to date from global investors.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by providing expert hearing care services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audiological assessments, including comprehensive evaluations and hearing aid consultations.
- Perform diagnostic tests, such as pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, to determine the nature and extent of hearing loss.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, and adjustments.
- Provide ongoing support and counseling to patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and communication strategies.
- Stay up to date with advancements in audiology, including new technologies, treatment techniques, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized Hearing Instrument program or Master’s degree in Audiology
- Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
- Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices is required
- Authorizer with ADP (or eligible)
- Proficient in audiological assessment techniques, diagnostic equipment, and treatment options.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
