Fix Auto Guelph / Barry Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac is recruiting for an experienced flat rate Collision Repair Technician to join our team! The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an exceptionally high skill set while being extremely self motivated and efficient. Our collision repair center is consistently booked out months in advance and we are turning work away daily. Take advantage of our growing demand to bring your income to a new level! Your Capabilities and Credentials

• 310B Autobody Certification Required
• I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification would be considered assets.
• Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses.
• Knowledge of and the ability to operate machinery and tools required to complete repairs.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power and hand-held equipment.
• Excellent customer services skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Efficient problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Some experience with working with Estimators to complete quotes.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
• Open to continuous learning and development.
