Reports To: General Manager
Location: Edmonton North
The Body Technician restores damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The Body Technician uses hand and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as needed, and properly install new parts. The Body Technician works with various metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical, and mechanical parts. Damaged vehicles must be repaired to OEM specifications to perform as designed. The Body Technician will effectively collaborate with the paint department to achieve efficient vehicle flow.

Job Duties
- Review repair orders and complete the required scope of work.
- Manage work to achieve delivery targets set out by the shop.
- Document the repair work with in-progress photos and sign off on the quality control form.
- Other related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Body Technician license and driver’s license.
- At least 4-7 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment, and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Auto Body Repair: 4 years (required)
