Seeking Candidate Who Can Excel In Very Fast Paced Working Environment Managing Multiple Responsibilities Throughout The Day With Little Supervision. Some Of The Duties Will Be (but not limited to);

- Greeting Customers Over Phone & In Person. We Treat All Our Customers Like Family/Friends And Attempt To Make Their Vehicle Repair Experience A Positive One. Customer Service Is #1 Priority In This Role.

- Documenting Customer Vehicle Concerns Or Reason For Appointment Accurately. Scheduling To Ensure All Technicians Have Enough Work For Their Day While Not Overscheduling. This Is A Bit Of An Art, But Easily Trained To The Right Candidate.

- Planning Out Technician Work Day (That Is Constantly Changing Based On Sales Made, Unexpected Changes, etc) So Having The Ability To Effectively Manage These Changes Through Out The Day.

- Review Technician Work Orders To Put Together Estimates For Car Repairs By Effectively Determining Customer Needs, Pricing Out Parts & Labor Times Required. Ensuring Accuracy Is Key.

- Selling Required Work To The Customer In A Timely Manner Effectively.

- Entering Customer & Vendor Information Into The System.

- Keeping The Front Reception Area Clean & Organized

- Must be available to work until 6pm Mon thru Thursday & 5pm on Friday's (Ideal shift would be 8am - 6pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-5pm on Friday)

Experience:

• Service Advisor: 3 years (preferred)
• customer service: 5 years (required)
