Automated Lubrication System Installer

The Customer Service Technician (CST) is a core member of the Lubecore Team. Individuals fulfilling this role will be based out of our Head Office in Campbellville, Ontario. The CST reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for helping Lubecore accomplish installation and service targets.

The CST will help grow the Lubecore group of companies, by ensuring Automated Lubrication Systems are installed and serviced in a timely and professional manner.

Accountabilities

· Product installations and service work at assigned locations, including customer locations

· Warranty and customer service calls meeting our Minimum Customer Service Standards

· Inspect equipment and provide technical support for sales in quoting special projects

· Submit accurate and complete paperwork on time, including feedback from installations

· Training of customers as necessary while at installation locations

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment at customers' locations

· Maintenance of service vehicle inventory levels, submit parts orders to orders@lubecore.com

· Maintenance of installation tools

Job Requirements

· Previous mechanical experience – Automotive, Truck/Coach, Heavy Equipment preferred

· Proficient working with hands

· Able to work outdoors in a diverse climate

· Basic hand tool knowledge

· Integrity, resourceful, passionate, caring, and curious

· Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

· Ability to climb underneath equipment and work on a creeper, ability to climb on equipment

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Able to work as a member of a team or individually.

· Strong communication (verbal and written English) and teamwork skills

· Valid drivers license
