Automation Machine Builder

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for assembling various types of assemblies from small fixtures to Full Size Assembly Stations and Tool Plates according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires experience in machining, fabrication, pneumatics, electrical, and the ability to read blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with the engineering department and assist with the programming and integration of the machines.

Duties:
- Build sub-assemblies and assemblies to specification
- Modify components as needed
- Read Blueprints
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in building, machining or fabrication preferred
- Knowledge of controls, pneumatics and low voltage electrical wiring
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication is a bonus
- Experience operating a forklift is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
