We are looking for a Sales/Operation Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee Sales Specialists, Finance Managers and it's operational activities.

-Helping sales people meet their monthly goals and ensures everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

-Ensuring sales operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

-Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

-Ensures the quality of the dealership's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

-Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's policy and guidelines.

- Maintains professional appearance.

-Other duties will be assigned.

-Will be reporting directly to the owner.

Requirements:

-Must have a recent Sales Manager work experience in an Automotive Dealership

-AMVIC License

-Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving History

-Criminal Record Check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
