Zenetec is looking for a Automotive Estimator - Customer Care Advisor who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in vehicle collision repair appraising and related collision experience and/or knowledge. They should be able to work independently without close supervision, be flexible and adaptable to constant change, and possess strong tact and diplomacy skills. The candidate should be highly organized and able to handle multiple concurrent assignments. They should have the ability to prioritize, organize and plan work under their own initiative. Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) are a must.
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing courteous and empathetic customer service to create a positive first impression. You will represent the company in a professional manner, through excellent communication and a positive business image. You will be accountable for providing superior customer service to both external customers and the internal team. You will screen incoming estimates and assignments and have appropriate conversations with the customer regarding potential repairs. You will also write photo-based estimates where possible and maintain all communication for estimate files associated with the CCA until the repair process or prior to assigning the file to an Appraiser or CSR.
You will be responsible for administering the Repair Estimate Classification Program and Processes. You will manage the estimate schedule and transfer of insurance assignments from our estimate calendar to classification system. You will be accountable for booking in-person estimate appointments with the customer for the appraisal team and assigning files to the Appraisal and CSR Teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring the Estimating Calendar is up to date and accurate.
You will be expected to help maintain a positive workplace environment, mentor apprentices, and help to problem-solve. You will attend and participate in team and company meetings, promote and support continuous improvement initiatives, work with the Operations Manager to implement and sustain new processes, and be willing to attend any and all training programs to enhance performance.
