Automotive Parts Clerk

Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a bilingual Automotive Parts Clerk with an understanding of Automotive Parts, customer service excellence and a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Must serve and advise customers in order to meet their needs, both on the phone and at the counter.
• Must supply technicians with auto parts and accessories.
• Is responsible for entering, sending and receiving parts orders.
• Is responsible for parts displays and merchandising.

Requirements:

• Must be fully bilingual in both French and English
• Must have multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all other departments in the retail facility
• Must do well in a team concept
