Automotive Receptionist

Job Overview: (note hours are M-F 7:30 - 5:30 with a one hour lunch break)

We are seeking a reliable, experienced and organized Automotive Receptionist to join our team. As an Automtive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position, hours are 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a one hour lunch break at noon.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and via telephone.

- Prepare and complete Motor Vehicle requirements for every vehicle sold, including maintaining accuracy and following legislation.

- Maintain all company vehicles in good standing with Service NB.

- Prepare temporary license plates for new vehicles sold.

- Create new customers in Keyloop Serti (WIN) and record financial transactions if needed.

- Receive new stock invoicing and stock in and create each vehicle in Keyloop Serti (Merlin) maintaining extreme accuracy.

- Stock in and create purchased lease returns and auction vehicles.

- Maintain an accurate stock list of incoming new vehicles.

- Prepare end of month reports at the General Manager's request.

- Prepare and ship all parcels and mail

- Receive and distribute mail

- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Automtive Receptionist is preferred

- Proficient in computerized systems and phone systems

- Knowledge of Serti and SDS Keyloop products

- Warm, welcoming and gracious personality a must

- Ability to maintain accurate records a must

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Automotive Reception: 1 year (required)
• Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
