Automotive Receptionist

The RM Auto Group is currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who can make a great first impression!

In this role, you are our client’s first interaction. This is a fast-paced position that requires answering and directing phone calls, providing exemplary customer service, and completing data entry.

Automotive experience is not required but would be considered an asset. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• A knowledge or interest of the automotive industry is considered an asset.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with customer enquiries on their vehicles for the service department.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication within the dealership.
