Automotive Reconditioning Manager

Plaza Auto Group in Orillia is looking for a Reconditioning Manager to coordinate and oversee all three locations of internal reconditioning which includes Orillia Kia, Subaru of Orillia and Orillia Volkswagen out of the Orillia Auto Spa location.

The ideal candidate should have Automotive Service experience with aspirations to grow within the Automotive Industry.

This individual reports directly to the General Manager and their Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling detailing for new and pre owned inventory vehicles and customer deliveries
• Scheduling customer retail deliveries
• Scheduling and tracking employee performance
• Liaise with General Manager and HR regarding hiring, training and maintaining work force of 5 - 10 employees
• Invoicing
• Monthly meetings with department managers
• Opening, closing and cleanliness of Auto Spa
• Communication of results to executive team
• Detailing of vehicles (as required)
• Other duties as required

This individual should be organized, motivated, and have experience in a leadership role. This is a physical environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
