Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the car buying process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Present and negotiate sales offers to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's ownership experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with sales support team to ensure smooth transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Outside sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry is an advantage
