Job Description/Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide in-depth information to customers and recommend automotive products and services when necessary.
- Schedule appointments for repairs and services using company computer system.
- Contact customers to remind them of scheduled maintenance appointments.
- Keep front office neat and organized for customers.
- Address all customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license.
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor is an advantage.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
