P&H Milling
P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.
From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Montreal, Quebec; Acton, Hanover, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

Your Role
As a Night Loader (Wash Bay Attendant), the successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading bulk and bagged products at the facility.
We are looking for the following two shifts:
Rotating Shift:
(2 Weeks Days, 1 Week Afternoons).
- Day Shift: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)
- Afternoon Shift: 4pm to 12pm (Monday to Friday)
Night Shift:
- 12am to 8am (Sunday to Thursday)
Day to Day
- Loading and unloading bulk and bagged flour.
- Loading of Millfeeds and Feed Midds for shipment.
- Complete and comply with all health, safety and food safety training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid AZ license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to work in environments subject to dust allergens and higher temperatures as well as in all outside weather conditions.
- Ability to complete Fall Arrest Training.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision and problem solve.
- Physically fit with the ability to safely lift 25kg bags.
- Be able to organize work in co-operation with other departments in an efficient manner.
- Reliable and dependable with an ability to work shiftwork, overtime and weekends as required.
