General Functions:

• Operations of tractor and trailer
• Operations of articulating crane
• Loading & Unloading materials to job site
• Delivery of materials
• Most trips are within GTA with occasional travel as required
• Ensuring safety and security of cargo
• Ensuring full compliance with MTO rules and regulations

Required Education and Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience as AZ Driver /Crane Operator
• WAH – Working at Heights (MOL approved course) –asset

Key Competencies & Requirements

• Knowledge of all required MTO documentation (log books, inspections, etc.)
• Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Weight handling up to 22 kg (50 lbs.)
• Own safety gear, CSA approved – must have right away ; Hard Hat, safety boots, safety glasses & high visibility reflective vest or shirt – if employee is going to wear a jacket, jacket must be high visibility or must have a vest to put overtop.
• Willing to work long hours
• Willing to travel. We provide all out of town expenses including accommodations, travel, and food expense.
