Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Back of House Team Member with experience working in the food industry to join our team. A great Back of House Team Member will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes the hourly wage and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Assist other Team Members with any prep/cleaning;

• Uphold standard and quality of food;

• Communicate with the Middle Line and FOH on food levels/completion;

• Prepare product/Menu items to recipe;

• Display ownership for the business and good stewardship towards tasks at hand;

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards;

• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator;

• Proactively pursue ways to work faster and more efficiently as an individual and a team;

• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures;

• Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level;

• Be on time, maintain a positive attitude and work hard for your shift;

• Be involved and contribute at team meetings;
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Kitchen: 2 years (required)
