Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable server-side applications.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with team members to improve existing systems and develop new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $54,164.61-$135,381.07 per year
